We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a calm area was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities provided enhanced our comfort and convenience. We particularly enjoyed the room service and the availability of a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant and bar area where we could enjoy delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast offered a great selection of food, ensuring we started our day off on the right foot. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

Located in a calm area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, this hotel offers convenience for tourists. The rooms are well-decorated with comfortable beds and some even have a terrace with a nice view. The breakfast buffet provides a variety of options to start the day. The rooftop terrace offers great city views. The staff is polite and accommodating, always ready to assist guests. The hotel is well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to reach the main bus station.
The hotel could improve on its bathroom cleanliness.

The rooms werevery comfy and tidy with a cozy bed. The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious and cute lounge. We loved the fact that there was a tea and coffee station available even between breakfasts. The staff, especially Rebecca at the front desk, were helpful in providing us with information on bus lines and recommending amazing restaurants within walking distance. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet area adjacent to a beautiful park on the hill. We had easy access to public transportation, with Termini and the metro or train stations just a short distance away.
There was nothing we didn't like.
